Husband and wife team Terry & Jill established the successful Twenty Seven B&B in Kielder over 10 years ago and mother and daughter Jill & Phillipa have developed The Garden Station in Langley as a unique wedding and events venue since March 2012.
The family are now working together to ensure the continued success of The Greenhead Hotel by developing new events including music nights, quizzes and Dark Sky Observing.
Food At The Greenhead Hotel - We love our food and our popular bar/dining area serves food all day and is open to all, from breakfast, to coffee, lunch or dinner as well as our hotel & hostel guests.
We have regular special nights - our Wood Fired Pizza oven menu, Steak nights as well as a great vegetarian menu and clean vegan dishes with special diets catered for too.
All our dishes are prepared fresh using locally sourced ingredients - we are not fancy pants finicky food - simple, wholesome and tasty - whether its an afternoon light-bite or a good refuel after a long day on the hills.
Booking is preferred to avoid disappointment but is not always essential.
Our Sunday Carvery lunches start around midday and continues until early evening. We serve the traditional roasts, plus a fish and vegetarian option - and of course all your favourite puddings with additional menu choices in the evening.

Greenhead Hostel is a converted Methodist Chapel in the village of Greenhead on Hadrian's Wall. It is ideal for those walking the Pennine Way as well as the Hadrian's Pathway National trail and in a great location for those exploring the nearby Roman heritage sites at Birdoswald Fort, Vindolanda and Housesteads.
The hostel dormitories can be booked as family rooms, by groups or as individual beds. The hostel can also be booked for sole use by schools and large groups.
You can self cater or take advantage of Breakfast, Packed Lunches, lunches or evening meals from the hotel
