Accessed via 7 wide steps with sturdy handrails, the front door opens into a spacious hallway with level access to rooms. Featuring stylish oak doors and a side table with the WiFi hub, the hallway also includes emergency lighting for added peace of mind.

🛏️ Bedrooms

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished and include quality, cosy bed linen and towels to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Back Bedroom – With a king-sized bed, this room overlooks the private rear garden and fields. Furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing mirror, tub chair, bedside tables with lamps, and a hair dryer with heat mat.

Front Bedroom – Flexible sleeping options with a king-sized bed that can be split into two 2ft 6" singles (on request). Also includes a wardrobe, dressing table/desk, large mirror, and bedside tables. This bedroom overlooks the large front lawn and peaceful country lane.
