You can be confident that a warm welcome awaits you at Broomshaw Hill Farm.
At our lovely, partly original 18th century, farmhouse we offer a warm welcome and aim to provide luxury and an extremely comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. In our en suite accommodation, fresh seasonal flowers, Egyptian cotton sheets and generous towels are a feature of our well-appointed bedrooms along with a well-stocked hospitality tray. Free WiFi is available.
Nestled alongside the tumbling Haltwhistle Burn, we are a short distance from historic Haltwhistle with its range of shops, cafes, eateries and 13th Century church. Follow the picturesque Haltwhistle Burn path for about a mile to join the Hadrian's Wall Path National Trail at Cawfields. Along the way you are likely to spot dippers, roe deer and maybe the shy red squirrels or otters, but also watch out for the traces of Haltwhistle's once burgeoning industries now mere echoes amongst the wild flowers in the tranquil woodland. Whilst ample parking is available, being situated on both the A69 and Tyne Valley railway lines, Haltwhistle is ideally placed for those wishing to arrive by or use public transport. From Broomshaw you can leave your car behind and conveniently get about with the assistance of the AD122 Roman Wall bus service which provides a walker and cycle friendly service.
Our extensive range of delicious breakfasts are locally sourced, include homemade preserves and individual dishes, cater to a range of dietary requirements and on arrival homemade cakes and biscuits will await you. Packed lunches and prepared to order evening meals can be available by prior arrangement.
